Employment Law : what will change on January 1st, 2017

The year 2016 was exceptionally rich in social terms, with a number of novelties coming mainly from the El Khomri Law or the Labor Law, aiming at a profound reform of labor law. After the reform of the economic redundancy procedure applicable since December 1st, 2016,  the most important changes (working hours, occupational medicine, IRP, etc.) are effectif as from January 1st 2017.
