Facebook : New "wall" of lamentations of employees ?

Can comments (when they are incorrect) posted by an employee on FACEBOOK always be subject to sanctions?

Any user of Facebook commits himself to it, with the risk of removal of his/her publications, his/her accounts and his/her access.
