Facebook : New "wall" of lamentations of employees ?

Can comments (when they are incorrect) posted by an employee on FACEBOOK always be subject to sanctions?

For the administrator of the famous social network, regardless of the scope (public space, open group or closed group), it is necessary to respect the "Community standards" which prohibits, for example, statements inciting hate or violence. Any user of Facebook commits himself to it, with the risk of removal of his/her publications, his/her accounts and his/her access.

For the High Court, who has been outlining the contours of the line between "private space", confidential, accessible only to "friends", and "public domain", open to all, for the last 5 years, it's the scope of the remarks which seems to dictate the rule of conduct.
