Gender Equality : Don't forget to calculate and publish your "Gender Parity Index" on March 1st

In France, gender equality has been declared "Great National Cause" by the President Macron.

In application of its law n° 2018-771 known as the “Furture Professional Law”, the government has established a “parity index”, in order to combat wage inequalities at work. Until then, only companies with more than 250 employees were forced to do so. Companies with at least 50 employees have until March 1st, 2020, to calculate, publish and correct this famous "index".

You should better not to miss the deadline... A large repressive arsenal is deployed to enforce this new obligation.
