Moral harassment : an enlarging recognition

New case law by the Cour de Cassation seemingly redefines the traditional understanding of the legal elements of workplace moral harassment, wildly enlarging the scope of its recognition; which falls right in trend with the guidelines published on February,5, 2025 by Claire Hédon, The Defender of Rights, to prevent and fight against workplace discrimination and harassment.
