The "Forfait Jours" : Truly autonomous required

The 'forfait annuel en jours' (the fixed salary paid for a certain number of worked days a year and not linked to the number of hours worked on a day) is a widespread phenomenon for managers (cadres) in a lot of research companies in Toulouse. Attention nevertheless to its abusive use. To avoid paying 'overtime', only a truly autonomous manager can have his or her salary according to the  'forfait annuel en jours' .  For the High Court, the mere presence of predetermined hours may call into question this yearly day package clause. EuroDisney has just paid a high price. Scrooge Mc Duck would turn around in his grave.
