The High Court has just made a major change regarding the legal regime of the promise of hiring. The rules in case of termination are less strict. 

The principle that "promise of hiring is equal to hiring", which meant that the employer was bound by an employment contract in all circumstances (especially in case of withdrawal) and that seemed unchangeable, has just been changed in a case in the heart of the Occitan.
